Monsanto Selects Innovative Mobile SaaS Solutions Provider nuVizz, Inc. to Improve Business Processes
Atlanta, GA-As part of Monsanto’s efforts to improve operational efficiencies, elevate the experience of its customers and reduce waste, the company sought to overhaul its existing paper-based delivery-tracking processes. After a 6-month search and evaluation of several vendors, Monsanto recognized nuVizz as the ideal partner to help it reach its goals and entered into a multi-phase project partnership, and a multi-year SaaS agreement.
DeliverIt by nuVizz™ is a smartphone-powered shipment execution and tracking solution that will provide Monsanto with real-time visibility of US-branded seed customer deliveries, electronic replacement of paper processes, real-time proof of delivery, and a sustainable model for document storage. It will also collect real-time customer feedback, which will provide the opportunity for timely problem resolution, thus increasing the ease of doing business for its customers.
