Senior Customer Success Specialist (Atlanta, GA)

Senior Customer Success Specialist will be part of the Customer Success Organization based in Atlanta, GA. This role will involve working with cutting-edge technology and diverse set of customers. As part of Customer Success Organization this person will be responsible in supporting issues from customers, help on-board new customers, guide existing customers with new feature configuration and help with rollouts with key customers.

Responsibilities:
1) Work with customers and ensure in supporting issues, diagnose problems and help optimize our solutions
2) Demo our solution to new customers, conduct on-boarding session and training sessions
3) Work with Development team on issues or queries from customers that involve Technical oversight
3) Assist in installing and rolling out our solutions at various customer locations
4) Interact with R&D teams in designing new features and enhance product features
5) Handle customer queries / emails if required and help address requests and questions
6) Support new product release activities that include testing customer flows

Basic Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 2 to 5 year of experience in Enterprise or Mobile solutions.
2) Self-motivated and accountable for your work
3) Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
4) Strong Analytical skills and technical knowledge
5) Passionate about learning new technologies and willing to take responsibility
6) Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communications

Preferred Requirements:
1) 2 to 5 years of experience in Support role or equivalent
2) Prior experience working in the NEMT (Non-emergency Medical Transportation) industry
2) Exposure to Mobile technology is nice to have
4) Some exposure to DB including MySQL will be a good value addition
