The biggest change we made wasn’t adding another report or dashboard.
It was changing how decisions were made in the last mile.
Before nuVizz, our delivery plans were essentially locked in once routes were dispatched. If something changed, traffic, carrier delays, store availability, we found out after the fact and reacted manually.
With nuVizz, delivery stopped being a fixed plan and started behaving like a system that could adapt. Routes adjusted when conditions changed. ETAs became predictive instead of static, based on real-time signals from carriers and drivers. Exceptions were flagged early, before stores were impacted, not buried in end-of-day reports.
Instead of stitching together updates from different partners, my team had a single view of orders, routes, carriers, and exceptions. We could see risk building, not just outcomes.
For the first time, we weren’t reacting to every issue as it happened. We were managing by exception — stepping in only when the system told us something truly needed attention.

If a delivery was at risk, we knew early. Stores could adjust receiving schedules. We could reprioritize shipments. Returns stopped disappearing into blind spots.
What surprised me most was how much calmer the operation became. Fewer frantic calls. Fewer last-minute scrambles. More time spent planning instead of fixing.
That shift — from reactive tracking to proactive orchestration — changed how we operate day to day.
